Born Hertfordshire, UK, Education: College of Law, London. Originally qualified as a solicitor in the UK. Resident in Thailand for 30 years. Specialises in corporate and commercial, due diligence, M & A, joint ventures, and banking and security. Currently Chair of the Legal & Taxation Group of the British Chamber of Commerce, Thailand and previously a BCCT director for many years. Has written over 150 articles on Thai law, and the Thailand chapter in 11 textbooks. Wrote /updated a 100,000 word guide to Thai laws, appearing on the website of a former employer. Has lectured on Doing Business in Thailand and related topics, in Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia.
